Aviation H2 has ordered the final parts required to complete the modification of a test jet turbine to run with a carbon-free fuel, liquid ammonia.

Aviation H2 recently met with the Federal Member for North Sydney, Kylea Tink, to share the Company’s mission to develop a commercially viable avenue to decarbonising the aviation industry.

Aviation H2 is thrilled with the recent release of the roadmap to net zero by The International Air Transport Association (IATA). The report provides a clear pathway for achieving carbon neutrality in the aviation sector. Notably, the report highlights hydrogen as a key avenue to achieving this monumental goal.

The Federal Member for Warringah, Zali Steggall OAM, visited Aviation H2’s Manly workshop last week to learn more about the Company’s mission to decarbonise the aviation industry and see the progress it has made converting a jet engine to liquid ammonia.
